Hello Soldiers,

First of all I'd like to welcome some of our new members and congratulate them on passing through the recruitment process and their Gauntlet: Darth Meinholz & NutNfaNcY. Congrats and welcome to BloodLust Soldiers. Though I've been very busy with life shit lately I haven't been able to get with you guys yet on Teamspeak. I'm looking foward to that. 

Mass Screenshots - As some of you know Mass Screenshots are fucking awesome. The Lead5 will pick dates this coming Sunday and Inform you guys when they will take place. Should be awesome. 

I'm still looking for people who want to write some reviews of games that we play or have played. If you guys are interested, send me an email (Sniper@bloodlustsoldiers.com). I really want to get more content on our website as to who we are, what we do, what we play, how we play it and all that good shit. Our Youtube channel created and managed mostly by Rayne and Penguin is fantastic, Though I want to integrate more on our site as well.

On another note, we've been hearing complaints from people on NOX talking shit and basically not being very pleasant. I have found a great solution to this problem. From now on if complaints keep coming and you've had two warnings by the Lead5 we will revoke your NOX Permissions for an undetermined period of time. I quote myself from one of our Lead5 correspondances : "I don't give a fuck whether it's a Super or higher. Take away rights and put him/her in the "I need to chill the fuck out and listen to the Lead5" channel. "

I will regret to see we have to punish our members like little kids as I am sure we should all be able to communicate and get along as adults. If you have any questions towards this new measurement, feel free to contact me.

First off, if I haven't done so through facebook or any other medium - Happy New Year & my best wishes for 2012! Let it be a great year for you where all of your ambitions may become fruitful.

Mass Screenshots - The lead5 will make sure to give you all the dates for this year's episode. As we missed the 2011 version, this one is going to have to be bigger and better and bloodier. I'm looking forward to it. We'll keep you posted.

Just want to start off by saying Congratz to NyuNyu. He is our newest super and already has his 1^st recruit. We look forward to having him among the higher ranks.
In addition we have many new recruits that have joined the <<{BLS}>> family. I would like to say, Welcome to the family.

Also, I want to say I am happy with Rayne and Penguins progress on the YouTube channel. I don’t know how many of your guys have checked it out but you need to.   Just want to say you guys have done an awesome job, keep it up.

Last but not least. I will be setting up signups for the Winter 2012 tournament Sometime this month. I am shooting to have at least 20 people sign up. That should not be a problem with our swelling ranks.

Considering the special occasion, I'd like to take the time to point out that my Goddaughter was born today. Not only is she my goddaughter, she is also (and actually more importantly) the babygirl of Sparker and Buddafly.

Sorry for the small delay in Newsletter, I've been busy working a lot. End of the year means deadlines with the company I work for. Every company wants to spend some more marketingbudgets and bladieda. 

A lot of activity lately. I must say I like it.  Hereby a small overview of our website statistics : 

The Belgium one is a bit deceiving as I had to visit the website very often to check for changes I was making ... 

Other than that I'm enjoying Modern Warfare 3 and I prestiged about a week ago, and I'm experiencing some computerissues along the way with my new graphics card ... so I'm hoping to fix that soon.

More news soon.

As most of you have seen, I have returned. I have missed all of you, and it has been nice seeing that you have all missed me. It has been great to be back gaming again, and with the recent Steam sale there are many games to keep me busy. As  we have been posting in the Forums, we are currently checking out BF3 and are waiting for MW3 as far as new games that look promising for the clan. They look like they will provide us with the online presence that we have not had with the last few games we have adopted due to the lack of dedicated servers. We will be seeing what these games have to offer over the next couple of months.

Additionally, I have been working at getting a server set up at my location as I have recently upgraded my connection. So hopefully this month we will see the return of some of the dedicated servers that we have previously had up. Also, I would like to thank Sniper for his work on implementing a new content management system for our website as it has been saving us all time managing it.

Other than that, it is just nice to see so many of you back online now that summer is over and we will continue to see things return to normal around here. I look forward to seeing you guys more.

Hello All, 

I'd like to start this months newsletter off by saying fuck yes, we're getting back in action and everything is looking like it's going to be uphill from here on. 

Battlefield 3 is an awesome game with gorgeous graphics and addictive gameplay, for me it's a perfect mix between Battlefield 2 and Bad Company 2 - just more innovative and it has grahically a much more WOW-effect, Shooting people has never been this much fun. 

I've seen you guys play it as well and also with the release of the new game I've been seeing a lot of our older members get back into the action such as Cypher and others. 

Thanks to Pyro we now also have two Bloodlust Soldiers Server for Battlefield 3, MANY THANKS PYRO. 

I'm looking forward to the launch of Modern Warfare 3 - I've always liked Modern Warfare 2 and basically with dedicated servers, there isn't much they can fuck up. Or can they? We'll see, I preordered the game so I'll be one of the first to make a post on the forums and on here to inform you guys how it's like. 

I'm looking forward to gaming with all of you.

This has been a hell of a month for us, with 2 new major games coming out so closely together. Also, activity out the ass, people coming back from all over to play these games, I love it and hope that it keeps up.

Now on to the big debate BF3 vs MW3….IT DOES NOT MATTER as long as you are playing with your brothers and before I get started on Pros and Cons, the Lead5 has not decided to support any of the 2 games yet. We will be taking it slow so that we do not rush into anything.

BF3 looks awesome, the graphics in that game are insane, the guns sound realistic and jets/jeeps/tanks really make the game. There are a couple of new game types new to BF3 or new all together like TM and Squad Death match. TDM is TDM, but Squad death match is a combo of DM and TDM, were it is 4v4v4v4, so a different takes on an old idea. I have personally have only played TDM which runs on <<{BLS}>> Carnage. We are currently running 2 servers provided by <<{BLS}>> Pyro. A TDM/SDM and a Rush/Conquest server, both have which have stayed pretty much full since the game released. I would like to formally Thank Pyro for spending his own money (without anyone asking him to) and buying the servers for us to test the game and have a place to call home. Now, there are only 3 things left I don’t like about BF3, one is that it is hosted in a web browser (which is stupid); two, the requirements are much higher than we are use too and last and most important we do not have FULL dedicated servers, people have to pay for them through 3^rd party hosting. So, if plan on getting it, despite the servers and such, just double check your PC can handle the ride and we will see you ingame.

MW3 on the other hand does have FULL dedicated servers that we can host on our own server boxes. This is a big step back in the right direction, and LONG over do. MW3 does not come out until the 8^th and we will have to wait and see what the game play is like and how the clan will respond. Until then the only really Cons that I know for sure is that it will not look as good as BF3, but on that same token that means many more people will have the system to play it; personally, I play to shot you in the head, not to look at the pretty, pretty trees.

According to me this is going to be a very nice single player, and I'm only saying this for one reason: It all takes place in Europe and in the USA. Nomore battling in Iraq or anything like it. 

It will be awesome to see all the different locations from here in Europe in a live game, like the Eiffel Tower, Amsterdam water & bridges, London .... I saw a piece of New York as well... 

As far as I'm considered this game is going to be quite alright.

This Newsletter has been a long time comming.

As you have all been noticing everyones Real Life BS has taken over and we have seriously been slacking in the Game Community.
I myself have in the past 9 months - moved to Georgia, got a new woman, am having a baby, partnered with another guy and started our own Call Center / Computer Shop / Web Hosting and Design / Networking etc etc etc...
Found out who my "Real Father" is! ( never knew who he was ) Being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Mom is real sick and sister is turning into a Meth-Head. 

So as you can see my life has been in some serious turmoil. But otherwise all is well... LOL

Anyways enough of my personal BS -

Here we stand at the forefront of some great Community Changing Games. Battlefield 3 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and a few other small time titles. We have some options now and it couldnt have come at a better time.
With so many people getting bored of the current games it is nice to see some quality games on the horizon.
We as a Lead 5 have talked about it and we intend on a couple of us picking up these games and testing them for possible Clan Support. I personally cant wait to play some BF3 - I loved BF2 and miss the action it brought to the gameplay.

As for the rest - I know quite well that we missed the Mass Screen Shots this past year but make no mistake about it, we will not miss this one. We may alter the date a little bit but we will certainly have one. I will keep you all posted as time goes on.

Some of us out here have been diving into some other games. Me personally have been playing games that do not take my attention for more than a few moments. I have been able to get in 15 minutes of game time here and there. Usually just sitting on Menu Screen etc.
If for some reason you need to touch base with me - Shoot me a message or an email - That seems to be the best way most of the time.

We have the 1 VS 1 comming out real soon and I will be setting up the servers to game on. We have backups of all the old servers so we should be back at home real soon.

If you have any questions or want to help out with this process please do not hesitate to contact me... I can always use a hand.

Sniper has been working on a new build out for the website. Something a little different than what we are all used too.
I think it will be a move in the right direction when it is all said and done. He is currently looking for a Designer to assist him with his work, so if you have any skills - Please shoot him a message... We are in need.

Alright, finally a new Newsletter. I know, it has been quite awhile. Summer fever and life has hit the Lead 5 hard this year, and you all have my apologies. It has been ruff for me as my Wife had surgery earlier this year and needed a break from work, so Raven had to work 3 jobs to take care of business. But we have our first Lead 5 Meeting set up for this coming weekend and we will be getting things rolling a bit more.

 I have all the entries for the coming 1 vs 1 Tournament that we will be starting this coming Monday, Sept. 12th. Look for the line up to be posted sometime Saturday. Good luck to all the competitors.

I have heard that many of you have preordered BF3, so I'll make sure to keep on top of things and see how that goes.

I know this is a short entry from me, but hey, baby steps.

I found a way to integrate social plugins into the new website, when we get acces, you guys will all be able to like the website and share it on facebook and shit. Yaaaaay.

The new website is now in the making, of course you guys won't read this until the time I put it online.

The convention is VERY close now, and I personally can't wait to see
everyone and have an awesome time. I will be arriving at Bounty's house
on Sunday, and getting to Wisconsin on Monday. Hope we get a good turnout
this year, it's gonna be a blast either way, and i hope to see as many of
you as possible.

Also, as Clown stated, there are a bunch of new games coming out, some of
them look great, some of them look not so great. I know a lot of you are
getting them, so I am hoping that also means you guys will also get
whatever game we decide to support in the future.

I want to give a shout out to EDDIE, he has been doing a GREAT job on the
recruitment section, thanks brother for picking it up.

Anyway, don't forget to KEEP RECRUITING, we are still a little low on the
amount of recruits we have been getting. I'll see you guys at the convention,

I would just like to start out by saying; I know I haven’t been around a
lot lately. As some of you know I was hurt at work. I have been on a crazy
schedule juggling school, work and physical therapy. But that is will soon
change. I will be going back to my normal schedule mid this month, so you
should see me on after 10pm. Also school will be letting out soon and that
will free up some time. With personnel BS out of the way let’s get back to
business.

1st thing is 1st. Yah yah I skipped a newsletter my bad. So…RAYNE congrats AGAIN on your PROMOTION to CLA. I look forward to shooting down your ideas and double checking everything you do. I mean supporting you and helping you ever step of the way.

Last but not least. I love the amount of game changing I am seeing.
Switching from COD4 to MW2, CSS etc…With that said I hope everyone who is gaming is also working on recruiting. I would love to have a night were we had a full CSS server and a full Blackops server at the same time, that
would be great.

Also on the topic of games, I know a lot of new ones are
coming out, and a lot of you are planning on buying some of them. I just
would like to point out that your input on these games is welcome. We
don’t (as far as I am concerned) have a “Home” game. We just kind of make
whatever game we are playing our home the night and call it a day. That’s
it for this month until next time.

Like many of you, I'm getting ready for and looking forward to the 1st OfficialInternational BloodLust Soldiers Convention coming up April 12th through the 17th. This will be the biggest Convention to date with 18-20 members attending, including 3 of our European members. We will be welcoming backSniper, as well as hosting Purple Monkey and Scope for the 1st time. We are all tremendously happy that they will be attending this year and appreciate the investment that they have made to get here. Online gaming is where it started; worldwide friends for life is the result. It is a truly amazing thing that we all have here.

Of course many of you have been playing SOF2 lately as I have put up our Official BloodLust Soldiers Edition. It is awesome to see so many of our new members that have never played the game get into it and see where this clan came from. Not to mention, it is still one of the best FPS games ever made. I am currently working on a BLS Edition for CSS, and then will be reuniting withBountyhunter to finish up the COD4 Mod that he started. I Look forward to getting some game time with all of you in some of our favorite "Old School" games.

Congratulations to Fast Eddie as he has just recently been promoted to the position of Lead Admin. He has been a great and loyal member for a long time, and we have the utmost confidence that he will handle the clan recruiting as well as Rayne had for us. Thank you to Rayne for all your hard work handling the recruitment process for BLS, and good luck to Eddie as he takes over those responsibilites.

I want to also acknowledge the hard work that DMinorTrip and Bountyhunterhave been doing for us by updating the website. They have been working really hard to get things modernized. Please take a moment and thank them for all the work they have been volunteering lately, they deserve it.

This month is a great time to be a BloodLust Soldier.
Raven – Danamal – Spicoly and a few others are hosting to date the largest convention in the US.

I am extremely proud of these guys for pulling this off.
We should all thank them for their courtesy and dedication to making this convention a true success.

Scope is his co-pilot while Buddafly and I chill in the back.
This is a long trip from Georgia to Wisconsin but we are going to make it god damn it.

Down to business – The Gaming Community / Clan has been rolling quite well. I am impressed at the amount of people we have seen online jammin.
We have been getting a lot of SOF2 activity – Thank you guys for spreading the love – we needed it. COD4 and MW2 have been quite active recently as well. Keep it up you guys – We like to see the kind of dedication you are bringing to the table every day;

Our BlackOps servers were down but that issue has since been resolved.
We will be moving servers soon as our current host has us limited to the one machine we are currently using.

I will keep you guys posted with the new IP’s But please keep in mind we expect you to pay attention yourself so we don’t have to post it in 20 different spots.
You guys have been doing well to keep things in check and I greatly appreciate that. I have been getting in as much as possible and have had a blast every time.

We will be pushing out some MASS SCREEN SHOTS Hopefully – I know it is short notice but we were really hoping to get everyone together and get them done this weekend.

I am not sure if that is going to happen exactly – So it may need to be once we get back…
I will speak to the guys while we are in Wisconsin and see about getting a new 1 VS 1 up and rolling.

Well I don’t have any bitches this month. I am far too excited about the Convention. We have 3 guys this year from other countries… This is true dedication and commitment to the community.

I wrote a newsletter on the plane from Philly to Atlanta but my laptop decided to crash on me, or at least not boot anymore (Mac Bullshit - Work Laptop).

It basically said CONVENTION CONVENTION CONVENTION - A few fuckings and fuck yeah and hell yeah.

After that I went on about needing an extra Supervisor shortly and a 1 VS 1.

My sincere apologies for the delay of this newsletter, shit's been really busy with my trip to the USA and stuff.

Spring is here so I'm thinking Tournaments. We'll be having a meeting
soon to discuss possibilities for the next tournament. Clown and I already
had a new concept in mind, but we still have to work out the details. More
news will follow shortly.

We will all write a great summary of our thoughts of the convention in next newsletter.
